WoW - Affliction spec warlock point allocation?

Howdy!

I have a 70 loc that is demonology spec. I want to respec to affliction to become more pvp effective. What are the most important points to consider, and if possible send a link to examples!

I currently do reasonable damage, hitting around 100k+ dmg per bg, but see many locs that double that and more. Any other loc tips would be appreciated.
