Is there really a difference between men's and women's bindings?

I'm looking for a new set and i have men's now, i do find i get a lot of calf pain.

there is no difference

the mens bindings just have bigger sizes

but the calf problem isnt related to the bindings

Women specific bindings will probably help you with the calf pain.

For example, Burton bindings for women have shorter High backs and the top is round, which will probably help with the calf pain. It is also canted, meaning that it follows the shape of your leg. Girls bindings also come with more padding for the sensitive girls. They also come in smaller sizes.
