Womens rugby rankings?

Question

Im looking to find women's rankings in rugby, because my home country is said to be 2nd in its local tournaments (south america) . the IRB only have the men's rankings.

well Ive search the entire internet and still cant find anything, I do know based on the previous womens RWC that NZ won however that would hardly constitute a ranking. The IRB have just recently adopted womens rugby into the fold so I doubt they would be of any help considering they didnt want womens rugby to take off anyway, so all I could find on womens rugby was in wikipedia..... sorry I couldnt help more.
