I was wondering if mall kiosk, for example Proactive, if they are owned by the company or franchised like a McDonald's?

  1. most are, except for mom and pops stands.


  2. It majorly depends on the person working for them as well as the location or the owner of the kiosk

  3. that totally depends on the company running the kiosk. some are privately owned, some are franchised.
