No way its in the sky its quite high up lower than a star and it moving around a little bit in circles slowly its brighter than a star?

  4. You ARE seeing a UFO - congratulations - however it is also not space ship - you simpy have not IDENTIFIED it yet.

    I want to make a UFO - I understand you can hang candles under an inflatable bag and let the hot air make it rise and drift around, so peeps think a Martian invasion is on its way - how cool is that....

  5. sounds like retrograde motion of a planet.  Not an extraterrestrial voyager more than likely.

  6. Retrograde motion of a planet takes weeks / months not seconds...

    The ISS (space station) looks like a bright star travelling in a (roughly) straight line - there is no moving in circles.

    The same for normal satellites. There is a specific type of satellite that suprise people, these are called Iridian. These satellites have very large solar panels, and you can calculate when the sun will be reflected to your location. They will be hardly visible to the naked eye and then suddenly flare up to a magnitude of -7. This is around 250 times brighter than the brighter stars in the sky.

    The only thing that might cause the effect described would be something like a helicopter - but you'd hear noise with that!
