Work/Tax question? Please help?

I was working for a guy, setting up appts. He was super annoying so I quit and he then sent me the tax docs to fill out ( he lives in another state) Instead of putting me as an employee he is trying to make it look like I am a contractor, which is totally not the case. I told him that I will not fill out anything stating I'm a contractor and he emailed and said that unless I do he won't pay me my last paycheck. Who do I contact about this? thanks

You probably want to contact the state's dept of labor.

Search for "state of (your state here)" under Yahoo or Google and you should get your state gov't site. Then find dept of labor or workforce. You want to use the state that he's in.
