Work online as a designer?

i need to find work online as a designer for cards, flyers and advertisments..

I hired an artist through a web site recently.  I got a ton of bids.  My artist gets lots of free lance jobs there.  They have a section for designers.

I'm thinking I am going to need help with a web page, and maybe someone to host the page.  I am glad you asked the question.  It reminded me I can look there again.
