Work out question plz help

i work out like 5 days a week and well i take all my vitamins and protein shake. so when i work out, i do it properly and lift as heavy as i can with proper sets and reps but next day i am no sore or anything so if i am not sore can i work out again on the same body parts as i did the previous day or should i let it rest

  1. yes u can, just the day after work on another part becuase its bad to stress up on one part...when ur done warm down with some stretches to prevent soreness and overtiring...capture good sleep to keep the hard work
