Sorry i post this question again

So i am married to an american citizen, we filed the forms for my adjustment of status as well as my work permit and advance parole, the receipt notice has the date of june 20 and i got my biometrics done on July 16. I was wondering, does anyone have an idea of how long on average it takes between completing biometrics and work authorization?

I know it can be up to 90 days from the receipt notice, but are those day calendar or working days?? also does anyone got the work permit sooner than 90 days, how fast after completing biometrics, thanks a lot!

  1. My brother completed the biometrics in May and got his greencard in August. So, it's not long.

(Oh, by the way, when the INS says "90 days" -- that means absolutely nothing! It can be 190 days or 900 days as well. They are very slow sometimes. It's a huge bureaucracy flooded with paperwork...)

  2. 90 calendar days is the average
