Work week in Italy??

Question

I couldn't find this on the net, I could only find how many hours the Italians worked. I wanted to know their work week (i.e, monday-friday). Also, I need a link to where you got the info!

Wow....

Hi guys,...... We are normal people.... that work .... we have showers... we eat .... wow.. really... sometimes looking around yahoo answers.. I find some ridiculous answer.....

Well normally we wrok 40 hours every week from monday to friday.. then there are ecceptions... as in all the world.... some work in the weekend also....

There are web pages that can inform you about it but are in italian....

I agree with Juicy and Maria F.  I also work in Italy.  I usually work 40 hours per week, but if we are really busy I can also work up to 48 hours per week.  American girl sadly is your typical stupid American girl.....I'm sorry to say this considering I'm American, too.

In Italy we usually work 40 hours a week, so, 8 hours a day from monday to friday. We usually stop for 45 min - 1 hour at midday to have lunch.

I work from monday to saturday, 6 and 1/2 hours from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. I have lunch when I return home at 14:00.

We usually stop 10 minutes in the morning to have a coffee and eat a snack.

i don't know but i think they take a pizza break each day instead of a siesta like they do in mexico.
