  1. When you get a job with an airline, they will train you.  Just apply at any that are hiring.  They do have courses that say they will train you to be a flight attendant, but they are worthless.  You don't need any training besides what the actual airline you work for will give you.  Those schools are a waste of time and money, and some airlines won't hire you after you attend one.  Just apply and then get trained.

In the US, you have to be 21, because you serve drinks, but I don't know about foreign airlines.  Look on their websites for hiring qualifications.  And, if you have to wait three years, you can work for them in another capacity until then, or get another customer service job to gain experience.  Good luck.

  2. I didn't do much research but within 5 secs a found a UK airline that hires cabin crew members at 18. I provided the link. The airline will provide the trainning which varies by airline. Most airlines do not provide paid trainning but offer a bonus after you complete training or pay for food and board during the trainning. Almost every airline site provides an employment link. I am a flight attendant at an American Eagle airlines, a major airline in the us, and am 20 I was hired at 19. So the answer that says you have to be 21 is totally wrong. Good luck with your seach.
