Whats it like to work there and what is the wage like for a 16yr old? (in the UK btw)

    Store Management roles. CV's and application details will be assessed against the requirements of the vacancy. Those that are not suitable will be contacted via email and informed of this. Those that are suitable will be contacted either to attend a first stage competency based interview or an assessment centre. The second stage interviews will always be held in a store environment with the relevant line manager - either Regional Sales Manager or District Sales Manager.

    Central office roles. CV's and applications details will be assessed against the requirements of the vacancy. Those that are not suitable will be contacted via email and informed of this. Those that are suitable will be contacted either by the line manager or resourcing team to attend a first stage competency based interview. The second stage will be a further assessment more closely matched to assessing the particular needs of the position.

    Claire's employs a variety of selection techniques, from standard interviewing to psychometric testing and assessment centres. The type of selection process will depend on the role that's being recruited for. If the position you apply for does have an assessment element as part of the process, you will be advised of this when you are invited to attend an interview.

  2. because you are under 18, the wage will usually be around the national minimum - which is just over £3.30 an hour.
