Workout diet suggestion??

i m 17

weighted around 73 & height 185cms.

i m going to start my gym and other workouts.

i m gonna workout twice daily. can any body suggest me some food plan for muscle building & fitness.

  1. Have lots of fruits and veggies. :) Make sure you don't work out on an empty stomach.  


  2. Try this

    Breakfast

    Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast

    10:30 Am Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

    Lunch--Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinles chicken, turkey or fish

    3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

    Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish

    Drink 8 glasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want


  3. For the food try to consume more protein everyday and less fats. Try 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. You can get protein from egg (the white part, because the yellow contains to many fat), chicken breast, protein milk, etc. Try to consume more fiber like fruits or vegetables, it good to clean the colon so it helps the absorbtion of the nutritions.

    If you need to take supplement, i suggest whey protein. Consume it after workout, and after waking up in the morning.  

  4. Low fat, high protein and carbohydrates foods. It's a waste of time to workout twice daily. Should workout once daily or once in two days and not more than an hour a day.
