  1. a lil pre game j******f always works ! lol

  2. 2 things that really helped improve my game(when I was playing) were:

-Bench Press(start at a reasonable weight and decrease your it while increasing the number of reps you do per set)

-Run stairs(bleachers work all the same)

I would also reccomend working out with teammates. My entire high school team worked out together 3 days a week in the offseason and it really helped us to improve as a individuals and as a unit.

  3. run the bleachers at your school. strengthen your legs

  4. you can go to a hockey training camp. but if you can't do that here's some things that i do at my hockey training camp.

    Lunges

    jog

    sit ups

    push ups

    weight lifting

    aligator bridges

    pull ups

    crunches

    stick handeling

    shooting

    (wrist, slap, snap, ect)

set up an opstical with cones and run it

    race someone

    (stretch well first)

and the last thing is there are these balls, they kind of look like dog toys with 5 balls on them, so when you bounce them they go another way. so it helps agilityy !

    i hope i helpedd :)
