Worried about my friend please help?

my friend is in grade 8 and high school at my school starts in grade 8. Anyways there is this guy he is going into grade 11 in sept. he is 16 . He is really cute and has lots of friends and could get any girl he wants. But he asked out my friend Stephanie who's only 12! her birthday is on august 22. I know him somewhat we have hung out a few times and i just didn't think he would be the type of guy who would ask out a grade 8. I don't get it can someone help me please i need to talk to her and tell her that she is only asking for trouble if she dates him. But i don't know what to say because i feel she will think I'm jealous.

btw I'm 15 and always look out for her, she's like my little sister.

That's kind of sick. What would an 11th grader have in common with a 8th grader? Nothing. He needs to find somebody his own age.

She may need to talk to her parents about going out with a junior in high school.  His intentions may not be safe as well.  If you do feel the need to talk about this with "Jane", mention asking her parents, they will need to know about an older guy wanting to go out with her.  Think safety.
