someone gives the garbage truck guys a few bucks to get rid of all their trash. Normally those guyz dont take a lot of trash (from construction) but since they got a few extra bucks, they did it

Bribing is to do something unfair to others and be upper level from them, you are not doing that!

My dear friend salam for you. I think it is not a bribe it is only a tip if its worth just only the same with a tip.You give a few extra bucks for an extra job that is not normal for them to get rid of all their trash at once.
