Would you make me king?

Question

I'm an evil maniacal tyrant and I enjoy long walks on the beach. I like screaming obscenities in public places. Whenever I see a transients I do my best kick sand in their eyes. Sometimes I find it difficult destroying the lower classes ambitions. Do I have any chance of becoming king?
