One year my all friends split and got me a small sterling silver tiara with emeralds and diamonds. There weren't a lot of the gems, and it was a smaller tiara, (there were a lot of people to split) I've worn it every year since to school.

i'd wear a tiara, but not a tacky birthday crown. once i did wear a bk crown, but the whole band did along with me...so yes.
