  1. your probrably using your wrist more than you need too. Topsin is easier to produce than you think.  The wrist is sometimes deemed too important in tennis.  Use your whole body when hitting serves and groundstrokes.  Use your wrist but dont focus on it.  Its just another part of the kinetic chain.  Also take a few days off if it keeps hurting and maybe get it looked at you may be developing tendinitis

  2. might be very sore, try resting and stay off of tennis for a week..trying using the wrist that hurts very little, if it still hurts you should check it out with a doctor, could be a bad sprain

  3. Depends on the tennis racket that you use, but you should take a break for a day or two. It will continue hurting if you play nonstop. Wear a wristband. Those usually works in not flailing your wrist a lot.

    Hope I helped! :)

  4. What kind of grip do you use?  If it's any type of western grip then that is just a normal thing. Talk to a trainer or tennis coach about it if that's not the issue. Until then, take a break.

  5. What tennis racket are you using? I used to hurt my wrist because i swing hard and my racket was a cheap slazenger that weights too much. I later bought a light wilson racquet and it never hurt my wrist.
