Wrong number?

okay I have no one else to turn to. I got a phone call about an inmate....okay well it was wrong number (suck for them). okay well the officer told me to call a number and inform then to remove the charges for the call...he gave me a wrong number... anyways how can I find out how to remove the charge. i have the info for it. but have no number..

call the jail back and ask the name of the vendor and the correct phone number.
