Whats the best thing to do if one of my disks gets scratched..??

This happened to me a while ago.

What i did was rent the game again for a night and then give back the scratched disk and keep the other disk.

I know its wrong but it worked..!!

How scratched is it?  If they are surface scratches, the DVD repair kits work great, they act like a grinder and remove a small layer of the disk where the scratches are, so the laser can pass through.  You may have to run it through a couple times.  This is not a long term solution though, because if you keep scratching the disc and using it, you can start to remove the data.  So think of this as a Second Chance for your disks.  If it doesn't work, you are no worse off then before.

Yes that has happened to me before and i was so stupid, i tried all these retarded thing that i read form the internet like but toothpaste on it ETC.

THE BEST thing to do is to go to your nearest Gamestop/Hollywood video/game crazy/blockbuster and ask them to buffer or fix your scratched disk. they will do it and it only costs like 2 bucks. i did this a year after one of my xbox disks got scratched and i feel so stupid now haha.

get window cleaner and spray some on the disc, take a tissue and wipe it in little circles.  works for me ever time.  also you can go out and buy a automated cd scratch remover for like 20 bucks
