XBOX 360 Live help?

Question

I recently created a live account.  I'm 14 so I had to create a parental account.  Unfortunately my Dad accidently misspelled his Email ID.  He doesn't remember his password.  I need to add freinds and change the family settings so I can talk to them.  However It requires the password.  What do I do.  I prefer to not fcreate a new account I would have to start my games again.  Points for best answer.

well basically your screwed. xbox live is a huge homo when it comes to windows live accounts. You could call 18004MYXBOX and have your dad talk to them and they should be able to give your dad his password with some confirmation on credit card details and such to prove its him.

Sad to say it, but you are screwed. There is no way possible to retrieve a password from an email acct you dont have access to.  You can hope and pray and get a customer service to look more into it tho.

if you call xbox 18004myxbox they can reset your password provided your dad can remember the answer to his security question. ie "what is your mothers maiden name"

Something similar happened to me, but I turned 18 in December and do not have to worry about it. But from what you said about your dad's e-mail troubles it seems like you will have to make a new account sorry.

Well there might be a way to recover the password but by the looks of it m8 u will have to make a new account

Call Xbox live support... with additional information you entered they should be able to get you the information you're lacking:
