XBOX repair Question!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Alright, i called in to make a repair order for my xbox 360 because it broke. The employee at microsoft said that they would send some kind of sticker so i can put it on a box and mail it. I recieved the email and it was VIA UPS. About 1 hr later i recieved a box from PUROLATOR saying to put the xbox in their box. So i had 2 different reference Numbers. I chose to send it with purolator and i did. I've waited a week and i still didn't reciev it!!!! Then, i just try for fun to put in the reference number that i got from UPS, ansd guess what....IT SAID THAT THEY RECIEVED THE CONSOLE AND ARE REPAIRING IT!! I am so confused!!!! I thought i shipped it to PUROLATOR. Are they the same company??!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!

PS. I lost the purolator reference number.

  1. Don't worry. I work for MS on the 360 division. Your 360 will be returned new or fixed depending on its failure in 2 weeks. UPS is not a company, its the shipper. It ships it to our offices and we fix it. Your 360 will be returned.


  2. yeah, don't worry about it, Microsoft generally takes about a month to "repair" an Xbox 360. If you don't get it back, then there's nothing anyone can really do to help you, but I don't think you have to worry about it.

  3. You should of got a ps3, way better. Xbox will s***w you to the wall and your not gonna being seeing that 360 for a while.
