XP Antivirus 2008 HELP

Question

So i removed it and followed steps for the removal off other answer questions, now the blue screen is still on my desktop and i cant open internet explorer and erro pop-up come up

please help

ive tried running virus things but they cancel due to errors.....

ive also been getting the blue screen of death a couple times in the past months

can you go into safe mode and run your anti virus program. do you have anti spy ware on your system as you should.

you need to run that.. You may have to go into your windows reg files and go to that program and delete it from the system. if you know how to get into the registier. be careful if you don't know what you are doing you can do more damage to your system then good. then you have to go into your windows program file and delete it folder.

Best thing is to boot into safe mode and then remove it. I usually use smitfraudfix after doing that because it is a free program known to remove the xp antivirus 2008 family of rogue anti-spyware programs. http://www.spyware-techie.com/xp-antivir... follow the steps to show you how to do it. well worth a couple minutes of your time.

If you can, Reboot your computer in safe mode (press F8 right when your computer restarts). Try an anti Virus then. If must, open control panel and installed programs.  Select your anti virus program and select repair. If that doesn't work, reboot your computer in safe Mode with Network. download Spy-bot or windows live One Care and run the programs.  If that still doesn't work or for more info, email me and we can work out a solution. download the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and run a full scan.  After the full scan click remove to remove all the garbage it finds.  This was a vicious bug.  I had it about 1 week ago.  I posted the same question (you can look up my past questions) and someone told me to download this.  It fixed everything!!  McAfee did not work, Norton did not work.  This free software worked like a charm!!  you'll be fixed and back up and running within an hour or so!

XP Antivirus 2008 tells you that you have hundreds or thouands of viruses on your computer.  In actuality XP Antivirus 2008  IS the virus.  They want you to buy their program which I bet is a scam to steal all of your money.  The only thing I've ever seen that fixes this is a total reload of all software.  Thats after a total erase of your harddrive.  It sucks.  Install an antivirus program prior to going online.

Use combofix, its the best way to fix these problems alone without other softwares. It may be a bit scary because it looks like its deleting your files, but its not, just let it do its thing.
