Xbox 360 1 year warranty

i ahve a xbox 360 but it got the red lights so im sending it in i was just wondering if i send it in and get a new 1 will i still have a whole new 1 year warranty or what????? HELP DADDDY HELLPP

it wont be a whole another year..but for the 3 red light is actually 3 years

Don't listen to that other guy he's a jackass. We just called microsoft two days ago about getting our xbox fixed. They said that if this new one breaks too we will get another one, it doesn't matter if you have a warranty on it or not.
