Xbox 360 repair order?

Question

ok i got 3 red rings, i called microsoft support, some retarded mexican girl who i could not understand picks up

she files repair order.

i get email, but no instructions, only this one email telling me return shipment detail, its called like UPS label delivery.

Now what do i do? i have no idea what i must to and where i take my 360, what box do i put it, what information i include?

please help

if u ever call a number and u cant undertsna dhtem just ask for a new person

u will get a pre paid box in few days by ups    they leave it on door step there  a paper in side box telling what to do how to pack it and pre paid lable  have your parants drop the box off ups it take about two weeks get back from that points u will have to be home for this  because no one anit leaveing 300  bucks on your p;ourch
