Xbox360 sound?

is there any way of getting bettter sound out of the xbox360?can it be hooked up to a sound system or anything??

The yellow, red and white audio-video cords that came with the XBox 360 - plug the yellow one to your TV for video. Plug the red and white ones into the back of your home theater system on the "Auxillary" plugs.

Optical and hdmi to a receiver will give you the best quality sound.

If you have the equipment... you can connect the optical output to a surround sound amplifier.
