How The Heckkkkkk Do I Change My Fackinq Picture From That Stupid Avatar Shiit To My Actual Pic?!

Go to your 360 home page.  At the top to the right, click on My Page.  Above your ugly effin' avatar it will say Edit Personal Photos.  Click on there and you can download your own pictures and set the one you want to show as your primary.

go to edit personal photo and click it you'll see all your pictures from the my picture file pick one and press set as primary
