Yahoo groups question? HELP!!!?

Question

How do I change my settings so that I can put a message response to people I deny? I want to have my own personal message sent to them when I deny them. How do I do this? thanks!!

Save them to the files section of the group and click "ho often" you want them to be sent to "whom". You can do that from the management section of your group.

You can create a file by going to the "Files" section of your group's homepage.  Click on the section that says, "Create a text file".  When you click on that option it will then give you a box for naming the file and giving information to describe the file.

Then under that is a text box so that you can put the information you want it to say for those that have been denied.

Then under that will be several choices to choose from.  Click on the one for those that are denied.  Then you can choose to announce it to the group or not.  After that is done then click "Save" and the file will be added to the group files and will start going out to those that are denied stating why they have been denied.

you do this with the files- click create text file- select when it goes out- add your content and then click create file-
