Yahoo musicjukebox error?

My yahoo music jukebox isn't working. The error says this (oh yeah i already went on help. no helo there) A fatal exception 0xc00000 05 has occured at 0x0DBD2F713 (read, 0x00000000)

A log file is being generated. Does anyone know how to stop thi sproblem or fix it?

You can't fix it.  It usually means that your Digital Rights Management information is corrupted.  I could tell you how to fix the Windows side, but you also have to fix the YMJ side.  You "need" to contact Yahoo tech support:

Added:  Forget to say, the same problem can occur if you tried to use the Network Music feature.
