Year Abroad?

I want to do a year abroad in either Australia, Ireland, or England.. Which country do you think would be the best for a year abroad?

Either Ireland or England, as I live in Australia and the quality of education you get for the AU$ isn't worth it.

Ireland out of those.

But I do think it's best to go somewhere that doesn't speak english so you can learn a new language.
