Q1: I think he was telling him what he was going to (chokeslam) do but for the storyline I think he was saying Rest in Peace

Q2: He is most definately not retiring. I read that his decision was a part of the storyline and that he will most likely have a match at Unforgiven

Rest In Peace..

Look for Shawn to make a return to go after Jericho, especially after last night.  The situation with Jericho & Shawn's wife was a delicious twist on the entire situation, WWE Creative finally got something right, but I hope that it was just to give reason for Shawn to come back, not like the Kurt/Karen Angle thing..
