Question:

Yogurt or Peanut butter?

I am going to do some abdominal exercises tonight, so I need something high in protein, but I am trying to watch my weight. Should I go with the yogurt (80 calories w/ 6g of protein, chemically altered) or the PB (all natural but 200 calories w/ 9g of protein)?

  1. Both are good, but you really need to look at the fat, sodium and cholesterol content as well.

    Depending on how often you eat them, you'd gain more weight with PB, so go for the yogurt.

    If you want a lot of protein, try buying protein powder and making shakes. The one I have is 30g of protein alone with 130 calories (ISO Sensation).
