YouTube - Email Change?

Question

I wanted to change the email of my YouTube account but I don't see this option anywhere in settings.

Did I just miss it (I hope so)? Because I'd really like it changed instead of making a new account because then all my videos won't be in it.

sign in, then go to Account>>More>>Inbox.

Then it gives you a "My Account" button at the top left.

Beneath that is Email options, and you can already see that there is a link to change your email address.

If you want to change your Email Address on youtube, you will need to confirm it to your regular email.

So what it basically does is send a confirmation to your Email, when you open the confirmation, it tells youtube you are the user, so it confirms it, and it changes the Email.

to do this, you need to sign onto your account on: http://www.youtube.com

When you are signed on, you will see on the top corner, a link that is directed as "Account", press on that. Now, press on Email Options, and press change address. Enter what you want, and youtube will send a confirmation to your REGULAR email account, when you open the confirmation, and press the link youtube provides you with, your email will be the one you put in.

1. Log on to http://www.youtube.com and click on the link at the top of the screen for you profile page

2. Click on the “Edit Channel” tab

3. You will see a link at the top in LARGE blue text “MY ACCOUNT”, click on it.

4. Go to Account and select the “email options” link

5. Your email address will be displayed at the top in bold text, and beside it is a link “change address”, click on it.

6. You will now need to enter your password, followed by the new email address in which you want all YouTube related messages to be sent to. Click the Send tab.

7. You will shortly receive a confirmation message to your old email address and your new, alerting you that your contact information has be changed.
