its either one of two things it could be a foot massage, but i tend to believe its when a women takes her feet and stimulates you (and i think you know where) until you ejaculate. I've never had it done and can't imagine that it would be that great.

if you get it professional they will sand down any rough spots it doesn't hurt cut your toe nails and soak your feet then put lotion on them it feels like a massage and your feet look great afterwords they may even use a clear coat nail polish to protect your toe nails!! usually its called a pedicure

Ok... I've heard of this in 4 different situations:

1. She wants you to get a pedicure (she wants to do it for you).

2. She wants to suck on your toes similar to the way she would give a ********.

3. She wants to massage your feet.

4. She wants to use her feet to m********e you.

I suppose none of them are bad... just as long as she doesn't want to paint you toenails.
