Youngest Olympian ever?

Who is or was the youngest person, male or female, to qualify and participate at the Olympic Games?

This is regardless of whether or not they won a medal and it doesn't matter which Olympics. I prefer the summer games though.

These games I'm sure thomes daley from britain he is only 14 made the finals of the diving. It would be very hard for a 10 year old in the modern games but in 1900 they had no age restrictions.

the youngest has to be 15, and there are numerous ppl of that age, such as Chen Roulin and Katie Hoff
