Question:

Your conceived astrological sign?

My friend told me about her friends study of the astrological sign being when you were conceived. Roughly 3 months ahead of your current month seems it would put you in another sign with the same quality assuming that you were on or before your due date. I am Scorpio, so mine would be Aquarius, remaining a fixed sign. Has anyone heard of this and if so can you point me in the direction I'm looking for? Even if there is a site to get a better idea of when you were conceived, it would be much appreciated.

  1. yes, they are called "pre-natal" charts and astrology software will calculate them for you.

  2. that would make mine in taurus which is my moon sign.   hmmm....

I like what No Belief Required said above :)

  3. I've thought about that..

I'm a Scorpio so I would be Pisces.

I've never heard of any meaning behind it though, all that matters is your regular star sign and your rising sign - you find that out through astrology charts online (you need to know what time you were born)

I'm a Aries in my rising sign

  4. Mine would also be Aquarius. That's my true sign.. shhh just dont tell anyone........

  5. I've read a bit about this but to be honest it really didn't do all that much for me. A.T. Mann has written a book specifically addressing this topic called "A New Vision of Astrology", and Adrian Duncan addresses this, as well as the issues of drawing a birth chart for the moment of conception in his book "Doing Time on Planet Earth". Basically Duncan says that drawing a chart for moment of conception is next to impossible due to the fact that the exact moment of conception is extremely difficult to pinpoint. Even in the case of a test tube conception, the egg and the sperm need to be in complete darkness in order for the egg to be fertilized (guess they like their privacy), therefore there's no way of knowing for sure even then when the exact moment of conception is.

Here's my take on it: It may possibly be that the conception chart does in fact hold some deeper spiritual truth than the birth chart does, but if we were meant to know that truth right off the bat, it would be a lot easier to calculate a conception chart. Some things we don't need to be told, we need to discover them on our own.

  6. sorry

    don't know anything about that.

if it is true...mine would be an aries. my rising sign.

    odd. lol

    cancer w/ aries rising

  7. I think it is nigh impossible to know for sure when someone is conceived, so it sounds kind of silly to me... and how would that affect preemies?
