Your ideas of a theme park?

If you wanted to build your own theme park, what type of park would it be? What kinds of attractions would you use? What other types of stuff would it have?

My perfect park thankfully already exists.. it's called Cedar Point =D

Nice fast steel and wooden coasters, 30 duel coaster , huge water section(with water rides) so lines not long ,  kids section so parents wont waste money on taking young ones,  fair rides( who doesnt like the fair), unerwater rides if possible, biggest food court in any theme park and a freaking concert stage so people can show of talent(most celeb who arent trashy)
