Your opinion please on this house?

Question

2 bed Terrace, Manchester, In need of Modernisation, been on the market for 6 months, seller inherited the house. Viewed it today has lots of potential, on market for £99950 (offers over) Put an offer in for £87,000 estate agent informed us that were the 1st to view and put an offer in. What do think the chances are of him accepting considering the lenght of time, no offers and he has inherited it aswell as the way the market is going at the moment? Thanks x x

it depends on the area, is it good, and how much modernisation is needed,but on the whole i would say your offer is realistic....<^><...

wouldn't recommend - get yourself a brochure from pugh & co - auctions at manchester airport - lots of repos going in and prices are still falling rapidly - as a correction ie don't expect them to go up for another 10 years!

good price , give it time , and be prepared to walk away at the price you must fix in your head , house prices are dropping all the time ,, wait
