what would you think of a world with no countries or war etc??

I think that's a very Utopian vision and therefore not very realistic.That song also talks about no religions.With all due respect I don't see that happening the first few hundred years and I don't even know if that is a good thing either.Though religion when taken to an extreme does lead to many problems and many of today's problems,it can't be denied that it is also a beautiful wonderful thing that inspires people to work together and love their fellow men.

Just because it's not "realistic" doesn't mean we can't try.
