How do you change your main picture icon in your youtube page?

1. Go to your channel.

2. Do Edit Channel button where the subscribe button usually is.

3. Go to Personal Profile.

4. You will see an option to change your icon.

NOTE: if you are a newer youtuber, you must wait at least 48 hours before you can change your icon

Go to your channel, do Edit Channel  button near your name, go to Personal Profile, 4th in the options list for channel editing , and it lets you choose an image there.

This will help you...

1)Go to Youtube click "Account" at the very top of the web page.

2)Then click on "Profile picture" on the right top of the screen.

3) Then underneath your current picture click "Choose an image" and then click "Browse" and choose a picture you want in your profile to be, then click "Update channel" on the bottom of the page.

You might have to wait for few hours for it to fully take effect but sometimes it happens faster.

--for best editing....

use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/lyric/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv file format... finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload.

It works very well....just google search for "zillatube"
