Yugioh brain control?

if brain control is used does it stay on the field or does it get sent to the graveyard. and what would happen if you use book of moon on the monster brain control is being used on?

1 it's a normal spel card it goes away.

2 it stays on the orginal owners side the field ( brain control must be played on a face up monster )

Brain control is a normal spell card. It is used and immediately place in the graveyard after paying the LP cost.

For the second half of your question, chains are used.

1. Brain control is activated

2. Book of Moon is chained

Chains are resolved backwards...

So.

Book of moon flips the monsters face down into defense position. Then Brain controls effect goes through, but because Brain control may only be used on a face up monster, the monster stays where it is, in face down, defense mode.
