What is the proper amount of # of monsters,# of spells, and # of traps a well balanced deck should have?

well it depends on what kind of deck your running.... like in a exodia deck you are going to need a bunch of cards that lets you draw

It really depends on what deck type you want, but here are a few examples:

General:

20 monsters

13 Spells

7 traps

Stall/Burn:

16 monsters

15 spells

9 traps

Exodia:

20 Monsters

15 Spells

5 Traps

But you don&#039;t have to follow these exactly. These are just suggestions. Again, it really depends. But try to stay near 40 cards, unless you use heavy discarding. Also, 1-4 of your monsters should be level 5+, unless you use stall/burn.

6 monster with the attack of 2300 or more
