Yugioh places to...?!?

what is a good place to play and buy cards. are hobby shops free(leagues) or do they cost. will i ever be able to get anything out of my money?

The yugioh places to play can ethier be tournaments, find some around you, or you can make one.

I have also seen people play at stores and flag down people and make arrangments!
