Zipy Kanguro Radio Tuner

Question

I just bought one of these and cannot for the life of me get the radio to work on it.
I tried reading the manual that comes with it and it doesnt really help as it says it will play automaticly but doesnt.

I have done the searching and saving of channels bit but nothing happens it just stays quiet.

Any help much appreciated as I hope im just doing something wrong and its not faulty
