Zits & bumps around crease of nostriles?!!

Question

The only place I get deep"zits" or blackheads- (hardly any blackheads) is around and in the crease of my nostriles (around my bottom part of the nose). I use Clean&Clear cleanser everyday, but doesnt get rid of them.

Has anyone tried the Clean& Clear System thing? does it work for this?'

or how about the new Neutrogena Wave/Clean&clear wave?? ("it cleanses 10x deeper!")

I thought this was a Sean Avery question. He is the only Zit around the crease I know.

No joke, 40 grit sandpaper followed by straight rubbing alcohol will clear this up in no time

well the bumps are hormones. i have them too. I bet the Neutrogena Wave will work.
