Zoloft depression anxiety?

I can't ejaculate while taking zoloft. does this happen to everyone and will this always happen while i take it?

I was on Zoloft at two different times in my life.

The first time, my libido went into overdrive, but no matter what, I couldn't ejaculate.  It was *extremely* frustrating.  I was aroused all the time, but couldn't do anything about it.  I finally had to stop taking it before I went crazy.

A few years later, we tried it again.  The second time, it simply killed my s*x drive.  I lost all interest in s*x in any form.  I had to stop taking it again because it was destroying my relationship.

The label warns you that there are "sexual side effects" sometimes... I just didn't realize that they couldn't be different each time you are on it.

yeah my boyfriend had this problem.  he stopped taking it and just started exercising more and smoked cannabis.  good luck.

Many of the depression medications have sexual side effects, this is one of them. Each man is different in how long are affected, some it is for the duration of taking the medication. You should speak with your doctor about changing the medication. There are other medications for depression and anxiety that have fewer sexual side effects.
