Zooper Zydeco

Backing out of my garage, I hit the handlebar of the Zooper with the passenger side mirror. The handlebar of the Zooper is jointed such that it can be raised and lowered. The joint is secured with a circular plastic piece. This piece is now broken. Is it possible to get a replacement part or have the handlebar repaired?
