Zoppini watch band

Question

I have a an older Zoppini bracelt that I want to make into a watch band, replacing the plain band that came with the watch.  However, I can't connect the end of the circle to the watch.  Is there a special link available that I can do this.  I have seen one done this way...Many thanks.
