..about parcelforce service . i need help?

i used parcelforce service to have a gift posted to my friend in 105 Bernstein road,Brighton Hill,Basingstoke,RG224NG , england . on trackin # , i found it delivered in Mitcham Depot and the receiver's signature is not my friend's name.

how can you explain this ? thanks

Why don't you ask them?  If your friend did not get the

parcel then obviously either the parcel was misdelivered or the tracking system is wrong.  

Are you sure that your friend did not send someone else to collect the parcel for them - although our nearest depot is Aldershot not Mitcham.

The address and postcode match - I know as I live in Basingstoke!
